sendmeflightdeals.com membership entitles you to the ability to receive alerts for travel deals. The Site provides no warranty that during the duration of your membership period that you will receive any alerts. The Site does not guarantee satisfaction with the quantity or quality of alerts or deals.
TRIAL PERIODS
The Site may offer a trial period to new members. Such trial periods require a valid credit card upon signup, and monthly dues specified upon signup and in the confirmation email will be billed on the date specified in the email and on a recurring monthly basis going forward. Members may cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid any future billing.
NO REFUNDS
There are no refunds of any membership dues for any reason.
COMMUNICATION TO YOU
The Site may communicate with you via email or text message (SMS) at any time for any reason, including but not limited to deal alerts, product updates, new features, marketing purposes, satisfaction surveys, and customer service issues. CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION

To cancel your subscription at any time, you must email us at [email protected] and we will do it for you. You will not be eligible for a refund on any remaining days in your subscription period, however we are able to opt you out of auto-renewal at any time within your subscription period.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of subscription can vary from time to time. This does not affect your recurring payments.
Subscription fees and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which have already been placed, i.e. your recurring payments.
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit card payments. Your credit card or account will be charged immediately after any free trials have concluded.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, we may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the Terms and Conditions or revoke any or all of your rights granted under the Terms and Conditions.
